In 2003, Matt and Candy left the Beatbrats, a band they formed in 1997, and went on their own musical career paths. While Candy went abroad, his brother Mike joined Matt in a band that would become the DeeCracks. Honoring their 20th anniversary this year, Candy Beat Camp release two songs on Nov 16th, 2023: „Go All The Way“ featuring Matt and Mike of the DeeCracks on backup vocals and a cover version of the DeeCracks Song „Inside of You“.
